This is exactly what you need now to help you survive our current climate. What we’re going through right now is difficult, strange, unknown. We’ve all been through a lot before, but most difficulties offer an end in sight. This period doesn’t seem to have that… yet.
But we don’t just wake up resilent. We have to develop it, train it, practice it. You can start that process now. Look to people you view as resilient, and not just what they did during tough situations, but what they did before it arrived. How did they prepare? How were they training?
For most people that are viewed as resilient, you’ll notice mindfulness, conviction, faith, prayer and stoicism as common practices for them. Resilience takes practice and training, so start some research and start practicing.
