“If you think you are too small to make a difference, think about a mosquito.” -Dal Lama
There is no action too small when it comes to your health and fitness.
The important part is that you do it daily.
Here are some examples:
- Choose unsweetened almond milk as your creamer instead of the chemical sh*t storm that contains ingredients you cannot pronounce. Calories saved approximately 350. Chemicals not introduced to your body.
- Walk 10,000 steps per day. We all have some sort of step counter on our phones or watches. The weather is gorgeous out. Go for an after-dinner walk.
Ten thousand steps a day for seven days equals a pound lost if you burn 3500 at a time.
Replace scrolling on social media for hour number 3 with self-development.
Read a book, listen to a podcast, meet up with someone you admire. Become the person you want to be.
These are not 75 Hard. They are not mind-blowing guru secrets. These are the small actions taken every day that will improve your health and wellness over time.
Just as that small mosquito can make a big difference if it is trapped in your bedroom at night, so can these small action steps daily.
